PCA 2000 Curing Apparatus

The Parts Curing Apparatus is used for post-curing the printed models. It utilizes a unique system of UV LED light sources that use both 385nm to deep cure and 405nm for the perfect surface cure of each part. For more information, check the Curing Models page.

PWA 2000 Parts Washing Apparatus

The Parts Washing Apparatus is a convenient tool to assist in cleaning any uncured resin from 3D printed models.  The convenient removable basket allows for ease of use when dipping or extracting objects from the tank. For more information, check the Cleaning Models page.

Material Tray

Material Tray

Tilting material tray, or Tilt tray. It comprises of two main parts – a film and a frame. Below the tilt tray assembly is a glass plate. The glass plate stays in position in the printer, below the tilt tray, at all times. Below the glass plate is the protective cover that keeps the printer’s internal components clean.  Glass Panel

Also known as Glass Plate. The glass panel is below the tilt tray assembly. The glass panel stays in position in the printer, below the tilt tray, at all times. For more information, check the Cleaning D4K Pro Material Tray page.

Drip Tray 

The drip tray is located below the glass plate and is a protective cover that keeps the printer’s internal components clean. For more information, check the Cleaning D4K Pro Material Tray page.

Build Platform

Build Platform

Also known as Build PlateBuild trayPrintbedBedBuild Surface. The surface of the 3D printer on which the 3D printed part is formed. For more information, check the Installing D4K Pro Build Platform and Cleaning D4K Pro Build Platform pages.

Use it to cut the supports off your models as precisely as possible.

Scraper

The main use for the metal scraper is to remove the built parts from the build platform. Apart from this, the scraper can also be used to remove material residues from the build platform. For more information, check the Detaching Models from the Build Platform page.
